We promise to send you only plants of the highest quality from our stock and will select the best specimens available. We promise to pack your plants carefully and deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you aren't happy with the plants you receive from us or the service you receive from us please contact us at either by clicking here .within 48 hours of the receipt of goods. However a mark on a leaf or a broken leaf does not qualify for replacement.and we cannot guarantee your gardening abilities and ditto for hungry animals or weather related difficulties that may occur once you have the plants.
Plants will be shipped bare root to keep postage costs down and must be potted immediately upon receipt.
Pricing
All prices are quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of post and packaging.
Supply of Products
Products are sold under the express understanding that: contracts
for the supply of goods or services to retail or domestic customers are governed
by The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and supplied in compliance with, The Consumer
Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 as amended by S1689 2005. Any customers
contacting in the course of their business are excluded from consumer protection
legislation and are contacting with the company on a business to business basis.
The
customer fully is made aware that plants are natural products.and we cannot guarantee
that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce
the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products
may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate.
Product photographs are of mature plants and are for illustrative purposes only.
Cancellation
Cancellation/Returns Policy
1. The customer has the right to cancel any product or
services except perishable goods which are listed in sub point 4 below. Any cancellation
must be made within 7 days from the date of the order being placed.
2. Cancellations
are not accepted by telephone and must be by one of the following methods:
a. Electronic

b. Letter to Select Succulents, 65 Lees Hill, Kingswood, Bristol BS15 4TW. Letters
will be deemed to have been received three working days following the postmark date.

Customers are required to return the goods, at their own expense, to Select Succulents,
65, Lees Hill, Kingswood, Bristol BS15 4TW by first class recorded delivery.
4. Perishable
goods are Shrubs and Living Plants. All other goods are non-perishable

goods are excluded from cancellation under The Consumer Protection (distance selling)
regulations 2000 as amended by S1689, 2005.
Liability
We shall not be held liable for any damages or expenses incurred by or through the
purchase of our products or the use of our website.
Shipping
Shipping will be by Royal Mail Parcels to the U.K. and First Class Airmail to destinations in the E.U.
Proof of postage for each shipment will be obtained by Select Succulents..
We will post within 14 working days of cleared payment
During periods of cold weather shipping may be delayed as the plants can be damaged by low temperatures. We will contact you to advise you should this be the case with your order.
Shipping and importation are at your risk and expense. Costs incurred through import
duties, inspection charges, treatments and the like are solely your responsibility.
Damage to, or partial loss of shipments must be noted on receipt by the deliverer
on the shipping documents. We can file a claim for damaged or lost shipments with
the shipping company on your behalf. Compensation for damaged or lost shipments may
be given in the form of replacements where applicable.
If you are unhappy with the
condition or quality of a plant please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and
email a photo of the plant in question.
